Apple offers a selection of three apps in place of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel on a PC. The Keynote app is included in this selection and takes the place of PowerPoint, allowing users to create slideshows, which can be easily viewed/edited on another Apple device or on a PC. The slideshows created on this app are compatible with the Mac version of Keynote and with the Microsoft PowerPoint program. Using this app, students can create presentations and can show visuals for a project/assignment in the classroom. Teachers can also use Keynote for lectures and class discussions. Slideshows in this app can be sent as a Keynote document, PDF, or PowerPoint file. Several templates are offered as a quick way to start a slideshow, and the icons in the upper-right corner of the slideshow help the author design their presentation.
Have your students use this to make the Jeopardy game for class. This is a
fun, easy way to learn the information while having fun. The templates make it easy to put the information and generate the game quickly.
